Ordering

We have several methods available for ordering - phone, fax, mail, and online - so you can choose the method that is best for you.

The KCK online catalog has products listed by description and price. Next to each product is a button labeled "Buy". To add the item to your shopping list, simply click on the "Buy" button and enter the quantity to be included in your list. When you have completed your shopping list, click on the button labeled "Check Out". At the checkout stand, you can edit your list, create a printable page for mailing or faxing, complete your order completely online, or call in your order.

Payment Methods

We accept four major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), along with purchase orders within the U.S., and postal or bank money orders in US dollars as payment for orders. Contact us for further details.

For online ordering you can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

All sales are final. No returns or refunds.

Shipping & Handling

The interactive CD will be shipped by Priority Mail (S&H = $5.00) to destinations within the US.

Within the US, the basic "Kitchen Culture Kit" is shipped by Priority Mail (S&H = $9.00). Contact us for shipping and handling costs if you are ordering supplies and/or the Special Package Order.

Shipping to other countries is via US Air Mail unless otherwise requested. Charges will include insurance and tracking. Contact us for specific shipping and handling costs.

An 8.25% sales tax will be added to orders submitted by residents of Texas state.
